GROUP LESSONS or TRANSFORMATIONAL MOVEMENT LESSONS ("TML")
"TML's" are verbally guided movement lessons that can be done individually or in groups. There are hundreds of different movement lessons that focus on different functions and movement skills. These lessons focus on helping brain function, leading to transformational outcomes in the areas of increased flexibility, strength, pain relief, acquisition of new skills and improvement of existing ones, congitive improvement and clarity, vitality and well being.

Pregnant Pauses - Feldenkrais Lessons for Pregnant Women
Pregnant Pauses is a program, consisting of a series of movement lessons, designed to change the way women experience pregnancy. Utilizing the latest research, Pregnant Pauses alleviates pain and discomfort while increasing energy to ultimately provide an overall healthier pregnancy. Aside from eliminating pregnancy pains, you may also experience that you will move easier, sleep better, breath deeper and connect better with your unborn child, after completing this series of movement lessons. The program was developed by Alan Questel, a senior Feldenkrais practitioner, who has specialized in pregnancy for over 20 years, and now trains many Feldenkrais and ABM NeuroMovement Practitioners around the world to teach it.
