FUNCTIONAL SYNTHESIS (FS) LESSONS
PRIVATE FUNCTIONAL SYNTHESIS® ("FS") lessons are one-on-one individual movement lessons. These private lessons are typically done on a special table, but occasionally on a mat or chair, with an Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® Certified Practitioner ("ABMNMP"). The ABMNM® practitioner skillfully customizes the lessons to the individual needs and requirements of the client or "student". Clients are called "students" because the purpose of the session is to bring about physical and cognitive transformation through experiential learning. The lessons are applicable for all ages, abilities and conditions and last from 30 - 45 minutes per lesson. This is the optimal amount of time for the brain to learn without exhausting and hindering the process.
INTENSIVES Intensives are a series of 6 (minimum) -10 (preferred) lessons taken place within a one week period (5-7day period) and 2 lessons per day are preferable. Intensive lessons are highly recommended to ensure a more transformative and permanent neuroplastic change, particular in rehabilitation cases, cases of chronic pain/injury and recovery, as well as when working with Children with Special Needs.
Depending on individuals, their needs and outcomes, they may be repeated on a monthly, bimonthly or less frequent basis, for ongoing transformation and healing.
Pricing: $100 per individual lesson, or; $80 per lesson if booked as an intensive (minimum of 6 lessons within one week)
GROUP LESSONS or TRANSFORMATIONAL MOVEMENT LESSONS ("TML")
"TML's" are verbally guided movement lessons that can be done individually or in groups. There are hundreds of different movement lessons that focus on different functions and movement skills. These lessons focus on helping brain function, leading to transformational outcomes in the areas of increased flexibility, strength, pain relief, acquisition of new skills and improvement of existing ones, congitive improvement and clarity, vitality and well being.

Pregnant Pauses - Feldenkrais Lessons for Pregnant Women
Pregnant Pauses is a program, consisting of a series of movement lessons, designed to change the way women experience pregnancy. Utilizing the latest research, Pregnant Pauses alleviates pain and discomfort while increasing energy to ultimately provide an overall healthier pregnancy. Aside from eliminating pregnancy pains, you may also experience that you will move easier, sleep better, breath deeper and connect better with your unborn child, after completing this series of movement lessons. The program was developed by Alan Questel, a senior Feldenkrais practitioner, who has specialized in pregnancy for over 20 years, and now trains many Feldenkrais and ABM NeuroMovement Practitioners around the world to teach it.
